Centre for the Rehabilitation of the Paralyzed


The foundation of the group is based on ethical trading and welfare of the society. Dekko Group encouraging Physically Challenged Employees. We create a safe and healthy working environment for our workers.

Education Programs


An adult education program organized by Dekko Readywears Ltd., and a pre-primary school organized jointly by Dekko Group, Brac, and Unicef for the children of the workers

Immunization Program


The 1st round of National Immunization Day (NID) program was conducted at Dekko group's Medical Center .A total 503 children were given oral polio vaccines, of which 53 babies were given Vitamin A blue capsule and 450 children were given Vitamin A red capsule along with oral polio vaccine.

Daycare


Each Dekko Unit has a dedicated daycare center to take care of the children of the worker, with hygienic facilities, toys, learning books, and other facilities to tend to the children.

Each Dekko unit is also equipped with a full medical bay, with doctors, nurses, beds and emergency handling equipment, to assist with any medical emergencies that employees may face

Approval of factory plan and of any extensions are done by strictly following the rules set by the Bangladesh Labor Law. Dekko Group provides employees with clear guidance, education, and training, so they can appropriately navigate in today's increasingly complex healthcare environment, including:
